| Today I want to talk about
respecting other people, I have two Bible verses to refer to Romans,
Chapter 2, Verses 10 and 11. But glory, honour and peace to every man
that worked good to the Jew first and also to the Gentile. For
there is no respecter of persons with God.
Many people believe that people need to earn respect initially, but that
is not of the Lord. You should always respect people until they give
cause for you to lose their respect whether they are friend or foe. God respects all persons the same because as stated above he is no
respecter of persons. Therefore we as children of God we should
show respect for our friends , family, children and their friends the
way they would want to be respected. Until someone does something to
lose my respect for them, I have no right to judge that person or for
them to judge me , should the temptation be present. Other
Bible verses that show this are Roman 3:22 and 23 Even the rightness of
God which is by the faith of Jesus Christ unto all them, that believe
for there is no difference
For all have sinned and comes
short of the Glory of God. When God created us he did not purpose us to
judge and criticize others. God says that judgment come from him
and also stated the we are to love and respect our families and neighbor
far away in other countries or right next door to us. To lead a good
Christian life we must remember to respect and love each individual as
they are and God will take care of the rest. |
